Program Description & Structure

The 1500-Hour Cosmetology Program is a hybrid training pathway aligned with Connecticut State licensing requirements.

Theory Instruction (Online)

100% online, self-paced coursework
Students may work at their own pace

Assignments must be submitted by the posted due date
Computer and reliable internet access required

Clinical Hands-On Training (In Person)

In-person classes held Mondays and Tuesdays
Class time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Supervised hands-on practice in a professional learning environment
Curriculum includes hair cutting, styling, chemical services, skincare, and makeup application

Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee: $100.00
Books: $605.00
Equipment/Supplies: $560.00
Tuition: $11,175.00

Total Program Cost: $12,440.00

Financial Aid, Payment Plans & Grants

Bravado Academy does not offer federal financial aid (FAFSA).

Payment Plans are available.
10 monthly payments of $1,117.50.

WIOA Funding

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding may be available to eligible students.

Eligibility and approval are determined by your local American Job Center
Bravado does not qualify, approve, or manage WIOA funding
WIOA is administered by a separate workforce agency
